Keller Williams Red Day

We at Haynes Van & Storage have participated in Red Day with Keller Williams Realty for the last three years. This is an opportunity for us to be a part of the year-round commitment to improving our local community. Red Day is an acronym for Renew, Energize, and Donate. Haynes Van & Storage, along with Keller Williams, have helped the local homeless shelter as well as the 90 works team provide bicycles and food for the homeless in our area.

Thank you for all your help coordinating our Red Day!

Local Schools, Churches, and Sports Programs

Haynes Van & Storage has long been a supporter of our local schools, churches and sports programs in the community. Throughout the years we have been Partners In Education with Myrtle Grove Elementary School, a team sponsor for Bill Bond Baseball, a proud supporter of multiple sports and activities at Catholic High School and we proudly donated boxes to the Escambia County School District Clothing Closet at Lincoln Park Primary.

Dear Mr. Haynes,
Thank you for your donation of boxes to the Escambia County School District Clothing Closet at Lincoln Park Primary. Your kind and thoughtful donation will go a long way in helping the Cordova Park Elementary PTA support this worthy program.
Thank you again for supporting our school district.

Cordova Park PTA

Dear Jason,
Thank you for the use of a 48’ trailer the week of July 18-21 as well as a CDL driver, fuel and movement of the trailer from your location to St. Paul Lutheran Church and on to Waterfront Mission. Because of your generosity, we were able to serve Waterfront Mission with an increased partnership of goods and services.

As a faith community, we depend on the generous people around us and in the community. I cannot thank you enough for aiding in the mission and ministry of St. Paul Lutheran Church and Waterfront Mission.
In His Service,
Rev. Franklin J. Gore

Dear Mr. Haynes,

On behalf of the 2015 Auction Chairpersons, the school faculty and administration, I extend my sincere gratitude for your generous donation to our “A Starry, Starry Knight” Auction For Quality Education.

It is because of people like you and our friends in the Pensacola community that we are able to offer the students at Catholic High opportunities and experiences that we believe make a great impact on their values and their future lives. The proceeds of our annual Auction assist us in expanding and enriching our strong academic and extracurricular programs.
Thank you again for your generosity.

Sincerely in Christ,
Sr. Kierstin Martin

City of Pensacola Parks & Recreation

In 2016 we entered into a partnership with the City of Pensacola Parks & Recreation department to support their Ballin for Backpacks campaign. The drive is geared towards helping underprivileged children from low-income families and housing areas that simply cannot afford school supplies. The children we help through this campaign will be filled with joy, hope, and excitement as they enter into the new school year.

On behalf of the City of Pensacola, I would like to thank you for sponsoring our Backpack Drive. Your support was much appreciated! Our Backpack Drive was a pilot program that will continue to grow each year. We hope we can have your support for years to come. Without the support of people like you, we would not be able to reach our goals. Thank you once again for your generous support of our team and the Pensacola community!

Elderly Community

We also assisted an elderly community after the historic flood of 2014.

Dear Keith,
Thank you so much for donating the boxes and paper for our residents. The flood was pretty traumatic for them and the kindness and generosity of folks like you made it a little less stressful!

Thanks again,
Jennifer Colley

Keller Williams Realty Awards Night

Over the years we have also been a corporate sponsor for the annual Keller Williams Realty Awards Night, which recognizes the community leaders within their organization who have gone above and beyond to help our economy and our community.

Just a note of thanks for helping make our Awards Night a success. Please extend our thanks to your boss! Thanks too for responding to all of our requests. You did a great job presenting!

Pensacola Blue Wahoos

Haynes Van & Storage is a proud sponsor and is the “official mover” of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. When the Cincinnati Reds came to Pensacola in 2014 for an exhibition game we met the team at the airport and unloaded their luggage and equipment from the plane. We then delivered the items to the team hotel and to the stadium. On the day after the game we returned to pick up their luggage and equipment and loaded it all back onto the plane. We have also been loyal season ticket holders since the team’s inaugural season. We also sponsored the postgame fireworks show for the 2013 Battle of the Bayfront between Pace and Catholic High Schools.

University of West Florida Football

We also proudly supported the University of West Florida in their successful efforts to start a football program.

Owner Keith Haynes and UWF Head Football Coach Pete Shinnick

Thanks for agreeing to help outfit a UWF Football player. Each player costs $1275 to outfit and the donation to UWF Foundation is tax deductible. You have until August of 2016 to fulfill your pledge and the attached form provides options. I’m happy to pick up a check if that’s easier. Thank you again and I can’t wait to watch UWF Football at the Maritime Park!

University of West Florida Baseball

Since 2013 we have been a proud supporter of University of West Florida Baseball, home of the 2011 National Champions.

Hello Mr. Haynes,

Thank you for your generous gift to UWF Athletics-Baseball. We appreciate your support. You are now a member of the Argonaut Athletic Club, which serves as the official booster organization of the university and comes with many benefits. Most important is the knowledge that you are helping our athletic teams strive to be the best in the country.
